Career Opportunities

Come work with us!

Tideline Tours has a mission to share our passion of the outdoors, specifically the salt marsh ecosystem we call home, with others. Do you love nature, working outside, interacting with others, education, and being on the water?

If so please read on to learn more about what we have to offer.  Come work in a fast paced but relaxing environment – the views can’t be beat!  We are a close knit team and regularly work together and support each other.  Many of the crew cross over into other roles- some captains love leading the occasional kayak tour, and some office staff can be found lending a hand on a large dinner excursion! All staff has the option to get involved with kids programming.

Perks of the job include using kayak gear when it’s available, jumping on the boat with a friend if seats are open, assistance with safety certifications, and continuing education opportunities as they arise.

We are always growing and learning.  Please see below for positions that currently have openings.  If nothing is showing, you are welcome to send a directed cover letter and resume – we are always interested in meeting those who are on the same path!
